11-year-old Putul is the only child of an affluent couple. Putul's parents remain busy all the time and they control their beloved son with firm discipline which only adds to his loneliness. This strange life of relative isolation in opulent surroundings with little freedom makes the little boy crave for something beyond the restrictions of his life. One day, he runs away from home and meets a street boy named Antu and his sister Morium and in befriending them, little Putul experiences a whole new world out of the cage. But it is not necessarily a world to which he belongs. Will their friendship see a happy end?
