Keep up with the spinning world around you and tune in to the IT revolution of tsunamic proportions. Royal Institute of of Technology & Science is organising the Techno Carnival 2006 with the theme 'Recent trends in Information Technology prospects for Global India brand.'
Innovative live projects by the students of RIT will be demonstrated and seminars will be held to discuss how IT has been integrated into every aspect of the society, and how it parallels the Industrial revolution in terms of scope and impact on the society.
Some modern advances have the capacity to affect people very fundamentally - whether it is the way they work, live, learn, or are governed. These will be highlighted. The purpose is to make final year engineering students aware of real-time software markets, and encourage them to enter them.
