This October, The Melange is hosting a food festival dedicated to sizzlers. Some of the delicacies on the menu are Tandoori Lobster, Exotic Grill Sizzler (an combination of prawns and chicken, grilled with brandy sauce), Teppanyaki Sizzler, Sizzling Mixed Grill, Sheesh Touk and Lamb Manchurian.
For vegetarians, there are Cheese Steak Madagascar and Pasta Pomodoro. The Indian sizzlers include Tandoori Nazrane served with Dal Makhani and Kulcha, and Paneer Tikka Tandoori.
