Sutradhar is presenting its 21st workshop production, Dr. Prem Janmejai's comedy "Sita Apaharan Case", a satire on the corrupt police-neta-criminal nexus, on 21st August, at Bhaskara Auditorium, Birla Planeterium. This 105-minute play has been directed by Vinay Verma.
Imagine your wife is abducted and you go to the police station to file your complaint. If you are Ram accompanied by Lakshman, and the wife happens to be Sita, the corruption in the Indian system would serve as an eye-opener to the Almighty. Through this play, the director explores this corrupt system through a comedy of acts.
