This Kolkata import is set to make Ahala seem more desirable than it alreasdy is. Something we didn't think was possible.
The gorgeous DJ Priyanjana from Mumbai will be playing dance tracks from Bollywood remixes on 21st August, at Ahala, Taj Krishna.
Born and brought up in Kolkata, Priyanjana comes from a family of business graduates; naturally, being a DJ was not the preferred career option.
An early musical inclination led to a simple piano class, to jam sessions with friends, and therein, her interest soared. She has just finished with a residency at China House, Grand Hyatt (Mumbai).
Priyanjana started as a trainee at ?Tantra', a night club in Kolkata, as an assistant DJ. There she spent a little over a year understanding the technical aspects of the art.
