An SOS straight from France - Mehdi needs some urgrnt help in lovemaking.
The Hyderabad Film Club, in association with the Alliance Francaise Of Hyderabad, is presenting a screening of the French film, Save Me.
Save me is directed by Christian Vincent, and reveals the story of Mehdi, a resident of the Roubaix, a city ravaged by the hidden war waged by unemployment. Here Agatha, who has come from far away, from the heart of Romania, meets Mehdi. She has traversed all of Europe to come to France and Roubaix. Their encounter is like a bolt of lightening.
Mehdi is burned. "Take me with you," he says to her. "Save me." Mehdi, born and bred in Roubaix, has never set foot outside the place! But for her, so that they can leave and go far away, he is required to take destiny into his own hands.
