Recoil is a commercial hard rock / heavy metal outfit from Hyderabad, whose members are already successful as solo artists or as part of other bands.
The band cites its influences from early hard rock and heavy metal bands that include Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Dio, Judas Priest, Rainbow, Scorpions, MotorHead, Iron Maiden, Metallica and Megadeth.
