This workshop is based on works of Marshall Rosenberg on Nonviolent Communication (NVC). It invites you to see the children as equals and attempts to takes us toward joyfully sharing that power while holding the needs for safety and ease for all. It allows us to have a genuine dialogue with our children where we express honestly and see their needs more as equals while we move towards sharing the power that is between us.
