In the coming days, the culinary team at the iconic fine dining restaurant will create a first of its kind culinary experience with an extravagant menu that reflects the traditional cuisine of the mainland China and each dish is endowed with subtlety and refinement. Savor the specially crafted menu by our Masterchef Shi Yuhane who is the currently working at the award winning Chinese restaurant Black Lotus at Taj Chandigarh will be creating magic with his unique and signature oriental creations that will leave you wanting for more.
Masterchef Shi Yuhane has personally flown in to interact with the guests and share his valuable recipes and vast experience across international hotels with regular patrons of the hotel. The ten day festival aims to offer an array of traditional dishes such as Wok fries chilli lotus stems, Chilli garlic chicken wings, Konjee crispy lamb, Steamed chicken and chive dumplings, Exotic vegetables with burnt garlic, Crispy corn kernels and plenty more.
