PMatka is presenting the launch party of Dimmsummer's latest album Nu Asian Soundz, on 9th January. The launch party will be followed by a music nite with DJ Dimmsummer, and then by the in-house DJs Daktadub and Unnayanaa playing techno, dub, reggae and electronic music, and also new tracks of the launch album.
DJ Dimmsummer from New York has many albums to his credit, and he mostly collaborates with Asian DJs to compile his albums. One can find lots of beats from dhol, flute, tabla and the sitar in his tracks. Some of the DJs and artistes he's played with are Vishal Vaid, Mohammed Mohsin, Japjit Kaur and Nag.
