Enjoy the long weekend with some music at the Musical Night being hosted by Desire Society on 3rd October, at Harihara Kala Bhavan, from 6pm. The event is being organised by Desire Society in association with 5 NGOs working for various causes as voluntary organisations. This event is also a part of the nationwide Joy Of Giving Week (Sep 27th to Oct 3rd) initiated by GiveIndia.
The concert will see performances by some leading singers of the Telugu film industry, including Mallikarjun (who has sung for Indra, Tagore), Malathi (of Arya fame), Geeta Madhuri (who has lent her voice to Chirutha, Magadheera) and Sri Ram (who has crooned for Ashta Chemma). Dr. C Narayana Reddy is the chief guest for the evening, and the show will be hosted by TV anchor Jhansi.
