This Kashmiri and Afghani food feast at Promenade has a number of exotic dishes that are designed to warm the cockles of the heart in the frigid weather of the valley. The menu will include 6 non-veg dishes, 12 veg dishes, 10 salads, fruit salads, ice-cream, 7 desserts, a live roti counter and a soft drink for Rs. 295 + taxes.
Coming all the way from that lush paradise are Gustatuba, Rista, Afghani Murg, Mughlai Paneer, Akbari Gobi and Peshawari Kofte in a hearty dinner buffet. These will be followed by Kishmish Burfi, Kajakand Halwa, Soya Kheer, Karanchi Rolls, Besan Barfi and other mouth-watering sweets to give the spread a fitting finish.
