Vizag rock band "Fame" will be performing live on 20th August at Syn, Taj Deccan.
Fame is a slow rock cum rock 'n' roll band, with Kim Fairman as the drummer, Michael Rodrigues as the lead vocalist and bass guitarist, and Keith Thomas as the lead guitarist and back-up vocalist.
Fame was formed in the year 2001 in Vizag. The band first came into the limelight in September 2009, when it played for a competition held by one of Hyderabad's sports bars. 16 bands had participated in the competition, and Fame was adjudged the first runner-up at the final event held at Hotel Novotel.
Fame has since played for private parties and corporate events. The band is now looking to expand its wings, and wants to be achieve the status of being Hyderabad's best Cover Band. Apart from playing covers, the band also has a few originals, with 'WTF' being its most famous composition.
