Deori, the Indian specialty restaurant at Hotel Ista, is organizing a festival of dosas called the Dosa Factory, from 21st April to 2nd May. The fest celebrates, well, the dosa - one of the most favoured snacks of South India.
The Dosa Factory will feature several varieties - from the traditional Masala Dosa and Neer Dosa to the innovative Cheese Dosa and Wheat Dosa. The snack will be accompanied by several chutneys, podis and curries. Prices begin from Rs. 299 per head.
Designed specially by the chefs at Ista, there are different versions of dosas available here - including Onion Dosa, Ghee Dosa, Butter Dosa, Roast Dosa, Kerala Dosa, Paper Dosa, Green Dosa, Cheese Dosa, Masala Dosa, Rava Dosa, Vella Dosa, Ragi Dosa, Muttai Dosa, Benne Dosa, Cabbage Dosa and Neer Dosa. Live south-Indian instrumental music and recorded music is set to infise more life into the fillings.
