DJ Vijay Chawla From Chennai At Venom

Its Saturday Nite, and time for couples to have a date with DJ Vijay Chawla from Chennai, who is performing live at Venom. The party starts at 7pm.



The evening will start with the in-house DJ Shekar playing his trademark music, followed by the guest DJ, Vijay Chawla, playing a blend of minimal, tech-house & techno music.



Vijay Chawla started deejaying when he was 18 years old, and has come a long way since then. Having experimented with the art of mixing at My Bar earlier in his career, he went on to create waves in 2003, as the resident DJ at Bike and Barrel.



He brings varied influences to the mixing table, like electronic with a blend of deep house, minimal, tech-house and techno. In 2004, he joined Speed, and over the years, Speed grew to be one of the best night clubs in Chennai for Electronic Dance Music. He continues to play at some of the most elite night clubs in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Cochin and Chennai, and at several music festivals too.



Vijay also plays for Submerge, an electronic dance music movement, and is one of the brains behind www.dancive.com, a hub for lovers of electronic dance music all over the world.
