Devotional Vocal Concert By Uma

This unassuming singer is a disciple of two very accomplished singer - Maha Mahotbhyaya Dr. Nookalla Satyanarayana and Sangeeta Kalanidhi, PadmaVibhushan Dr. Sripada Pinakapani.

Through her research and projects, she is making contributions beyond her singing as well. Smt. Uma, who is currently a faculty member at Telugu University, has done her MA in music from Telugu university, and is a rank holder. She has just submitted her PhD in the subject "Contribution Of Andhra For The Development Of Carnatic Music". Smt. Uma is a B High graded artist with AIR and is also working on a central government projects on Dikshita Kritis.

On the 9th of january, she will be singing devotional songs at Shilparamam, starting from 1800 hours.
