Dance Performance By Kritika: Events in Hyderabad

REVIEW FOR DANCE PERFORMANCE BY KRITIKA

Srutilaya Kendra Natarajalaya is presenting a classical dance performance by Kritika. The event will be held on 18th Nov '08 at Ravindra Bharathi. The performance will commence at 6 pm.

Kritika, the performer of the evening, is the disciple of Rajeswari Sainath. At present, she is studying in the 10th standard, in the DAV Public School. She has been learning classical dance since 10 years, and gave her first performance at the age of 8 years. She has also acted in a TV serial in her childhood.

Sruthi Laya Kendra Natarajaalaya founded by renowed mridangam artiste Karaikudi R. Mani, in association with Bharatanatyam dancer Rajeswari Sainath, is an institution dedicated exclusively for the cause of music and dance. Rajeswari Sainath is the director of the institute. It is the 1st of its kind to be run by a percussionist. Now it has sub-centers all over the globe - in 4 cities in India (Chennai, Mysore, Chalakudi and Hyderabad), and in Australia, U.K and Germany.
