Celebrate more music now. After the much awaited Jai Ho Concert by A R Rahman, here's another treat, in the form of a brass band from France - The Orfeo Quintette. Alliance Francaise is organizing the concert at Taj Deccan, on 8th November. The concert will begin at 6:30pm.
The Orfeo Quintette is a popular brass band from France. In November 2007, the group toured extensively in Japan, achieving a feat of giving 12 performances in a very short period. They have also performed in the Vatican, in the presence of the Pope.
For their tour in India, they plan to perform the simple Quintette, piano, orchestra (both symphonic and harmonic), chorus and other styles. In Hyderabad, the Orf
