Contemporary architecture and traffic structures look almost the same all over the world - people in action, the traffic, everything caught up in the fluctuation of light, buildings, signs, trees, posters.
Artist Thomas Luttge has explored various metropolises in Europe, America and Asia. His concentrated encounters come together in an exhibition at Goethe-Zentrum Hyderabad about urban spaces.
Thomas Luttge tries to find moments of transition, places of joy and unexpected secrets of city life. He studied at the Hamburg Fine Arts Academy, the Karlsruhe Fine Arts Academy and the Munich State College of Photography. Worldwide, he had over 30 solo exhibitions, as well as participation in several group exhibitions. One of his exhibitions was on Golconda Hyderabad Heritage, together with Dr. Hans Winterberg, the Goethe-Institute and Salar Jung Museum, Hyderabad, in 2012.
