The great Telugu poet Pothana saw himself as a mere instrument in the writing of the Bhagavatham and claimed Lord Rama to be the real author. That, however, only boosts his worth in the arena of bhakti literature.
Raagajhari Cultural Association releases its compilation of the Pothana Bhagavatham on CD and cassette. A sangeeta vibhavari of devotional songs has been organised for the evening. The chief guest for the evening is cinestar Tanikella Bharani.
