What would a Telugu creative writer be doing at IIT Delhi? Writing poems worthy of publication, that's what.
The Delhi Telugu Academy is organising a book release on 24th October, at Sri Thyagaraja Gana Sabha. Books called Sugandhalu, a collection of Telugu poems, and 20th Century Telugu Poems, written by Dr. K Shyamala, will be released by Dr. Bhavani. Dr. P Dakshina Murthy, convenor of the Delhi Sahitya Academy, will preside over the program. Critics, Prof. S Rama Rao and Prof. Satyapalli Ram Mohan Rao, will also be present.
Shyamala is a creative writer and translator. She is currently working in the English department at IIT Delhi.
