Ahala, the drama lounge at Taj Krishna, is presenting Bacardi Blast Live with DJ Notorious and percussionist Nikhil, on 6th October.

DJ Notorious has been deejaying for the last 3 years all over India in cities like Bangalore, Goa, Delhi, and Hyderabad, and has also played in Manchester, UK. He has trained at the Red Tape Studio, Sheffield, UK, with DJ Glynn. He won the Ultimate DJ Grind 2 in Dec 2001, and was a runner-up at the Times Music War Of DJs 2002.

Nikhil, at the Ustad Allah Rakha Institute Of Music, was under the guidance of Ustad Allah Rakha & Zakir Hussain. He has been playing world percussion instruments for the last 12 years. He specializes in instruments like the Djembe, Darbuka, Brazilian and Congas, as well as Indian instruments like Tabla, Dhol and Duff.
