Marigold Hotel presents "Al Dente", the Italian food festival at Saffron Soul. The festival features an exclusive menu conceived by Executive Chef Partha Chakraborti, who has over 30 years of experience with International cuisines. The festival shall be conducted from 24th April to 3rd May 2015 during both lunch and dinner sessions.
Authentic, chef-made specialties from the vast Italian cuisine like handcrafted pastas, oven-baked pizzas, lip-smacking grills, warm breads with herbed butter, a wide assortment of cheese and a sinful selection of desserts shall be served as part of the buffet menu alongside an assortment of international wine and other beverage options.
