Advanced Baking Workshop is a 2-day course and will cover the concepts of cake baking, torting, layering, filling, 4 different types of frosting, and storing and packing, with complete hands on experience. You will need to acquire the basics of baking before entering the workshop.

* Rainbow Cake (7-Layer Cake)
* Death by Chocolate
* Red Velvet Cake
* Fresh Fruit Gateaux (Cold Pastry)
Eggless Frostings
* Butter cream frosting
* Cream cheese frosting
* Chocolate ganache for piping
* Fresh whipping cream frosting
