Dramanon Hyderabad is staging their new production "6", an English Play, on 19th December, at the Ravindra Bharathi auditorium. The play is written and directed by Ramakrishna Shenoy, Kanishka Dasgupta and Vijay Marur.
6 comprises a series of stories, written in Chekhovian style, each of which promise some unexpected twists and turns. There's the story of a man on a blind date, a conversation in a joggers' park, a sinister love triangle, a stand-up comedian's finest hour, and the story of 2 friends who meet after a long time. 6 will take you on a journey full of mirth, danger, suspense, romance and introspection.
Founded in 1991, Dramanon, a theatre fraternity originally comprising the faculty members and students of Manipal, has evolved into a team which has staged 22 plays till date. Now settled professionally at various places all over India, the alumni of Dramanon want to carry their passion for theater wherever their career takes them. After staging 4 successful shows in Bangalore, Dramanon now endeavors to entertain the Hyderabad audiences.
