The Uppalapati Ankaiah Memorial Concert is featuring a young Carnatic vocal musician named Namrata Pulapaka, at the Kala Subbarao Kala Vedika, on 7 January, at 6:15pm.
Namrata Pulapaka is a Carnatic vocal musician from Australia. She is majoring in Medical Science, at the University of New South Wales.
Her music career began at the tender age of 4. She mastered the art form under various teachers, including her current teacher and uncle, M Srikanth.
