Leonia is bidding farewell to the year 2009 with three big parties on the night of 31st December. Unlimited music, dance, food and fireworks will welcome 2010. DJ Suketu lights up the celebrations at the Leonia International Convention and Exhibiton Centre, while music director and singer Chakri plays the host at the Leo Arena and Manasi Scott at the Geo Gardens.
Master of Bollywood remixes DJ Suketu's Big Spin inaugurates the celebrations at the Leonia International Convention and Exhibition Centre at 8pm. Winner of the World DJ Mixing Championships, Suketu came out with his first album, "440 Volts", in April 2003. His club mix, Bin Tere Sanam, a song from the bombed 1990 movie Yaara Dildaara, is a blockbuster hit and a popular number among pub-goers. It also entered the Top 10 in the FM Airplay Charts in UK.
Suketu's other popular hits include Pyar Zindagi Hai, Bombay In My Soul, Jalta Hai Jiya, Karma Theme, Lekar Hum Deewana Dil, Kya Khoob Lagti Ho and the song Lamhe from the movie Zeher.
Entry tickets are priced at Rs. 5,500 a couple and Rs. 3,000 a single (including one platter of snacks per person, 5 drinks per couple and midnight dinner buffet). Limited tickets with discounts of 30%, 20% & 10% are available. Please contact the venue at 6640-0000 for further details.
