Warriors, saints and beautiful women - a variety of legends and historical figures are being brought to glory this week at Ravindra Bharathi. And let's not forget - Telugu, too.
The Department of Culture, together with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, is organising a 5-day festival of Telugu stage dramas, from 17th to 21st April, at the Ravindra Bharathi auditorium. Six plays will be staged during these days, as per the following schedule:
17th April
6:30pm - Alluri Seetaramaraju, by Navakranthi Cultural Association of Hyderabad
18th April
6:30pm - Siluvadhari, by Navyeswa Natya Mandali of Hyderabad
19th April
6:30pm - Veera Brahmamgari Jeevita Charitra, by Ramana Arts of Hyderabad
20th April
6:30pm - Bhagmati, by Theatre Academy of Hyderabad
21st April
4:00pm - Bobbili Yuddham, by Rangasthala Kalakarula Sangham of Tadepalligudem
7:00pm - Shanti Prasthanam (Palnati Yuddham), by Chaitanya Kala Sravanthi of Hyderabad
