Kishan Rao Parcha, the speaker, graduated from Mysore University in Electrical Engineering. After a brief stint as a research fellow at IIT, Kanpur, he returned to his native village and took to agriculture as his profession. Now, Kishan Rao trains trainers in sustainable farming systems and innovative practices in agriculture.
