This is an evening of storytelling for adults and children with professional storyteller Deepa Kiran. This session will have Deepa tell stories of folk wisdom and mythology. One session will include three to four stories on genre.
Deepa Kiran has also founded Story Arts India. She is an education consultant, professional storyteller and freelance writer who works with children and teachers. She has been doing storytelling sessions and workshops for children, teachers and parents at schools, libraries, cultural centers, publishing houses, corporate and NGOs. She builds in music and dance in her narration.
She also believes in the magic and healing power of arts, and weaves music, dance and drama into her story sessions.
