The South India Hotels & Restaurants Association (SIHRA) will be organizing SIHRA Convention 2015 in Hyderabad from July 2nd - 4th 2015 at Taj Krishna Hyderabad. The event will provide an interesting platform for hoteliers & Restaurateurs from whole of South India including Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Kerala to meet and discuss the trends and opportunities in the hospitality sector. The convention will see participation from more than 600 delegates drawn from the southern states in the country.
The SIHRA Convention will be focusing on the theme "Redefining Hospitality & Monetizing Tourism", and will focus on changing technology Human resource management along with other emerging concepts in F&B and restaurants. The business sessions over the three days will be delivered by eminent speakers from the industry will be both educative and motivating.
The topic for the discussions will include - Online Business- Impact of technology in the hospitality industry & role of Travel & trade, F&B, New concept based restaurants, restraint chain, HR practices in Hospitality, Cost cutting, Sustainability of labour, Branding budget hotels, Franchise, Projects (New Methodology & Sourcing), Role of young entrepreneurs, Role of Government in formulating policies for hospitality etc.
A special session with members of the department of tourism both at the regional and national level is also being considered to ensure a direct interface for the participants with the Government. There will be a trade show on the sidelines of the convention where leading suppliers and organizations related to the Hospitality Industry are expected to showcase their products and services. The convention will also have an inauguration ceremony followed by gala dinner on 2nd July at Taj Krishna Hyderabad. On second day of the convention there will be a conference at Taj Krishna followed by sightseeing & a Tollywood Night (Gala dinner) at Ramoji Film City. The 3rd day will have the conference at Taj Krishnaalong with the sightseeing at Hyderabad & a cultural night at the Taramati Baradari near Golconda.
