For all seafood lovers, Novotel is organising a Seafood Festival from 15th to 28th February at The Square. Try scampi, baby lobster, squids, mud-crab, octopus, prawns, halibut and pomfret - cooked just the way you like it.
The cooking style ranges from Indian and Oriental to Western, and includes dishes from the tandoor, the tawa, and the barbeque. Added to the above selection is an elaborate buffet which includes a variety of salads and soups, main course selection from Indian, Western, and Oriental cuisines, and mouth-watering desserts.
Food will be prepared in live counters ready with tawas, tandoors and barbeques. One can walk to the counters, choose from a selection of fresh seafoods such as barracuda, sea murrel, lobster, crab, pomfret, or emperor bream, and get them prepared as per their liking with their toppings of sauces and salsa.
The festival is on for dinner from 7:00pm to 11:00pm. The buffet costs Rs. 1,500 per head. A lucky few can also win a free trip to Munnar for 3 days and 2 nights. Please contact 6682-4422 for further details.
