Saag Meat is one of Kopal theatre's (Mumbai) most successful experiments with over 30 shows playing at Mumbai and New Delhi. The play is now coming to Hyderabad at Lamakaan on November 27. Written by eminent writer Bhishma Sahni and performed by Seema Pahwa, Saag Meat revolves around the interplay between the two classes of our society - upper and middle. Jagga, a loyal house help working for a Punjabi family, is forced to commit suicide due to some unfortunate circumstance. Sumitra, the protagonist and narrator, unfolds the truth behind Jagga's death in a rather humorous way.
