Looitporia-Hyderabad Assam Association along with the Department of Language and Culture, Govt of Telangana is celebrating Rongali Bihu 2018 (also known as Bohag Bihu) on the 14th April 2018 at Phoenix Arena, Hitech City, Hyderabad. Rongali Bihu marks the beginning of the Assamese New Year and this festival unites people regardless of their religions or backgrounds and promotes the celebration of diversity. It's marked by cultural and folk dance forms, Bihu Dance being one of the prominent ones.
