Chef Amar Singh from the Lake Palace, Udaipur has been especially flown down to serve secret royal recipes paired with heritage cocktails. The royal menu will include dishes like Lal Maas, Kachri Buthaan, Murh Thandai Kebab, Ghee soaked Batis. The festival also offers a range of desserts like Malai Ghewar, jalebi and rabdi.
