The Hyderabad Quiz Club is organizing its monthly quiz on the premises of Innobox Systems, on Sunday, the 11th of January.
In a parallel universe, Praveen, the quiz master for Sunday, is Steven Gerrard, and tries to save the world from evil Decepticons from Man U, Chelsea and Arsenal, among others. There, he is also the author of the best-selling book 'Everything Red: How Liverpool And Not 42 Is The Answer To Life, The Universe And Everything'. In this universe, however, he is a quizzing superstar who writes code for Oracle and for code-jam contests.
The format is that of a team quiz, with teams of 3 members each. Entry is by a contribution of Rs. 25 per head (Rs. 75 per team). Gift vouchers worth Rs. 1,500 are to be won. Those interested are requested to be at the venue by 10:30am for registration. Seating will be on a first-come-first-served basis. The quiz begins at 11am.
