A hapless taxi driver is mistaken for a contract killer and is arrested by the police. The taxi driver's identity is mistaken because his name is Jurek Kiler, and kiler in Polish roughly translates to 'hitman'. The mafia also mistakes him to be an ally and gets him out of the jail. Once out of the jail, Kiler is seduced by his new identity.
