Students of the IITs, as well as IIT alumni of the twin cities - all of whom make up the PanIIT community of Hyderabad - are getting together this month, for a bout of social and professional networking. The event will be held at the ISB auditorium, on the 20th of September, and will start at 2pm.
The event will feature keynote speeches by Prashant Shukla (COO, CMC), Jayaprakash Narayanan (MLA, Lok Satta) and U B Desai (Director, IIT-Hyderabad).
There will be a panel discussion on the topic "How can IITs increase their social relevance in today's India?" led by Prashant Shukla (COO, CMC Ltd.). Also on the schedule is a lecture on how IITians can contribute to Indian society today, by Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan (MLA, Kukatpally).
