REVIEW FOR OKTOBERFEST BBQ AT ISTA
Oktoberfest BBQ at Ista is a German Barbeque from 3rd to 10th October. The barbeque is on for dinner from 6pm onwards.
BBQ is spread at Rs. 666 onwards, and there is an a la carte menu, too, starting from Rs. 499. Also available will be an unlimited beer package priced at Rs. 150 onwards.
The menu consists of custom culinary rubs and marinade, and Hot And Spicy Glaze, Cajun BBQ Seasoning, and Caribbean Jerk Seasoning are paired with meats that include German Bratwurst, Frankfurters, Pork Wieners, Smoked Kessler Loin, and the famous Bavarian Meat Loaf - all cooked on specially sourced charcoal-fired Weber Grills.
The a la carte menu will include specialties like Spaetzeles, Bavarian Loaf, Lamb Rack, Bratwurst, German Potato Salad, Red Cabbage Braised Pork with a Horseradish Sauce, Dark Beer Marinated Chicken, and Strudel to finish the meal.
