A Poet's Vison, An Artist's Eye. That's what this one's called, and that's what best sums it up. An enchanting little event that sees the coming together of two genius in a unique confluence.

SG Vasudev pays tribute to poet par excellence AK Ramanujan by capturing the essence of the latter's poetry in his paintings. Vasudev strokes line drawings to illlustrate 33 of Ramanujan's works, the more prominent among whc hare Still Lies and Self Portrait.

This event will see a slide-show of these paintings which will be accompanied by the poetry reading. There will play soft carnatic music (in the background) which will be poem-specific.
