On the occasion of the Times Hyderabad Festival, free cooking classes are being organised by renowned chefs of the city, who will whip up Chinese, International, Mexican, Awadhi, North-Indian, Italian, Continental, Nawabi and Hyderabadi cuisine, from 7th to 15th June, at various premium eateries like Firdaus and Golden Dragon of Taj Krishna, Arena of Taj Deccan, Kebabs & Kurries and Deccan Pavilion of ITC Hotel The Kakatiya, Serengati of Ohri's, The Square of Novotel and Okra of Marriott.
Today, chefs Zaheer Khan & Ishmeet Kapoor, the inhouse sous chefs of Kebabs & Kurries of ITC Kakatiya, will present live demonstrations of North-Indian, Hyderabadi & Nawabi cooking methods, and will prepare some traditional dishes like Murg Angaar, Makki Rajoolayat & Sabut Tandoori Aloo.
