Musical Concert By Kalyani

'Kalyani - The Soul Of Music' is an association of budding singers and musicians in Hyderabad. They've had 12 shows in the 12 months since their inception, and aim to grow as a group and introduce a-talent-a-show.

The Association believes in the classical heritage of Indian music, and strives for its popularization. The members idealize old Hindi film classics, private compositions, and other not-so-heard-of songs. Hopefully, that means a refreshing no-no to our dear Mr. Reshammiya?

So finally our desh-premis have a band that epitomises interesting Indian music, giving a break to the wannabe Pink Floyds and Metallicas.
