Try to ignore who the name of this band was inspired from, and sway to some good old rock music, at the cheery Hard Rock Cafe.

This Thursday, the 25th of November, rock band Molotov Cocktail will be performing live, at the Hard Rock Cafe.

Molotov plays for corporate shows, specialized jazz shows and rock shows. The band is run by Shaun Roberts (bass) and Arjun Thomas (vocals). The other members are Maynard Grant (drums), Wasif Siddharth Srinivasan (guitars) and Natasha Pinto (keyboards and vocals), but they change as per the requirements of the show.

Molotov Cocktail was named after Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Molotov, a Soviet politician and diplomat and a leading figure in the Soviet government from the 1920s to 1957. He is considered to be one of the chief architects of the Ukrainian genocide, or Holodomor. The band is known for the variety of music they perform, ranging from pop to rock to blues to jazz, while the band's first love is funk.

Currently in its 12th year, Molotov Cocktail is a band that has reinvented itself many times. They play original tunes, and cover artists from Sinatra to Panthera.
