Missamma is the story of Nanda Gopal (Sivaji), who is an accountant at the J P Corporation, one of the biggest business houses in India. He is leading a happy life with wife Ratna Mala (Laya) and their adopted child. Meghna (Bhumika Chawla) is an heiress to the JP empire. She makes Nanda believe that he is going to become the GM of the company, if he follows her instructions properly. However Nanda realizes that she is only playing games with him, and that her real intention is to marry him.
