She has published a lot of novels, and won the Femina Award in 1990 for 'Nous sommes eternels'. She has also written some books for children, including Trini fait des vagues, Trini a l'ile de Paques, and Mon frere au degree X.
Her last book, 'La saison de mon contentement', is a reflective work on the French presidential election from a woman's perspective. Pierrette Fleutiaux's talk at the EFLU will be in French.
