Park Hyatt Hyderabad is taking your taste buds on a culinary journey this September, with a foodie event called Park Hyatt Masters Of Food And Wine. The event features culinary talents from Italy, Vietnam and India, and even a renowned Swiss chocolatier.
Tre-Forni Bar & Restaurant will begin the 3-day event, with Italian cuisine under the patronage of Daniele Mancini, Italian Ambassador to India, for Friday?s gala dinner. Chef Gianluca Tomasi will be crafting Italian dishes paired with complementary wines.
The Oriental Bar & Kitchen will focus on Vietnamese specialties prepared by Chef Trinh Dinh Vinh from Park Hyatt Saigon, over the weekend. Known for distinctive flavors such as lemongrass, coriander, mint and ginger, Vietnamese cuisine celebrates fresh ingredients and a selective use of spices to create its dishes. Chef Trinh will also be offering his own signature dishes on Friday.
The Dining Room will be your venue for Lucknowi cuisine. Chef Meraj Ul Haque will whip up traditional Lucknowi delicacies along with a specially-selected set menu.
