Akshar is a Hyderabad-based regional and Hindi rock band formed by a group of passionate musicians with diverse influences. The five-member band features Manmohan Raj (lead vocals), Surabit Haflongbar (bass guitar), Dill (lead guitar), Gopal Sahis (keyboard), and Aaron Wesley (drums). In 2014, Akshar came together for a fest at BITS Pilani in Hyderabad, where they emerged as winners.
