M M Keeravani, born Koduri Marakathamani Keeravaani on July 4, 1961, in Kovvur, Andhra Pradesh, is a distinguished Indian composer and singer, primarily associated with Telugu cinema. Over a career spanning more than three decades, he has crafted memorable scores for films such as Kshana Kshanam (1991), Annamayya (1997), Magadheera (2009), Baahubali series (2015, 2017), and RRR (2022). His exceptional work on Naatu Naatu from RRR earned him an Academy Award and a Golden Globe in 2023. In recognition of his contributions to Indian cinema, the Government of India honored him with the Padma Shri in 2023.
