City Central Library is hosting Satchidananda Swami, who'll take you on a guided tour of the world's favorite and most ancient work-out regime. Starting with simple and do-it-yourself asanas like Pranayama, he'll guide you through the tougher ones.
This is a 4-day workshop starting everyday at 0600 hours - so also help yourself rise and shine early! Participants should be a minimum of 14 years of age.
