Punjabi By Nature is organising a Kebab & Biryani Food Festival, from 20th March to 25th April, at its Banjara Hills restaurant. Chefs from Lucknow have been flown down for the festival.
The menu has Tandoori Bharwan Khumb, Lucknawi Paneer Tikka, Makhmali Murgh, Murgh Lehsooni Kebab, Gilafi Kebab, Sikhampuri Kebab, Galouti Kebab, Lehsooni Prawns, Paneer Pasanda, Subz Handi, Nawabi Ghosht, Nihari Ghosht, Handi Murgh, Kasturi Kebab, Dahi Ke Kebab and Mutton/Chicken Dum Biryani, Lucknowi Biryani, Handi Biryani and Chicken Boneless Biryani.
